BALSLTON - A Ballston Spa man tried to run another driver off the road multiple times early Friday morning, state police said.
William Thibedeau, 25, was charged with one count of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, along with second-degree reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor.
State police arrested Thibedeau after responding to a dispute involving the operators of two vehicles in the area of Brookline and Middleline roads in Ballston, troopers said.
Thibedeau is accused of trying to run the victim off the road multiple times. The two were previously known to each other, troopers said.
After taking Thibedeau into custody, troopers also found a quantity of cocaine, leading to the drug charge, officials said.
Thibedeau was arraigned and released to appear in court in May.
