HALFMOON - A Burnt Hills man intentionally scratched a vehicle in Halfmoon and now faces a felony, state police said.

Gavin R. LaFlamme, 19, of Burnt Hills, turned himself in Friday and was charged with one count of second-degree criminal mischief, a felony, state police said.

LaFlamme is accused of scratching the vehicle at a residence in Halfmoon after he was asked to leave the property by the vehicle owner April 22, state police said.

The cost to repair the damage was more than $2,200, troopers said.

LaFlamme was processed and released to appear in court later.
