JOHNSTOWN - Johnstown police Sunday arrested a man in connection with an ongoing concentrated cannabis investigation after a raid Sunday, police said.

Luck was arrested and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession and sale of a controlled substance, felonies, police said.

The search and arrest were part of a joint investigation done by the Johnstown Police Department and Drug Enforcement Administration's Tactical Diversion Squad, police said.

The investigation focused on an organization transporting large amounts of concentrated cannabis and marijuana to Johnstown from Colorado for distribution around Fulton County, police said.

The organization would make "upwards of $10,000-$20,000" each month, police said.

The joint investigation is continuing as police will continue to search for individuals in the organization in New York  and in Colorado, police said. Further arrests are pending.

Gloversville police also assisted with the raid and investigation, police said.
