Trump banner is offensive, illogical

I am amazed by a pro-Trump banner I’ve seen in my neighborhood. I find it offensive because of its crude language. But even more, I am amazed by the ignorance it indicates. It says, “No More B***S***, Trump 2020.”
Just to clarify, Trump is the incumbent. He is not an outsider. He is in power now. Re-electing him will not reduce the level of b***s***. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over again, expecting a different result.

Let families help out in nursing homes

If nursing home employees can go about their daily lives off duty (fully protected, of course) and then come to work properly tested and wearing a mask and protective clothing, then why can’t families do the same?
Sure, sometimes there are still more cases,  but not anymore in nursing homes than in some other questionable places that have been allowed to open.
These elderly people in nursing homes need their families’ support to survive, not only mentally, but physically. They depend on their families to get them through these tough times.
These folks are retired veterans, professionals and homemakers, to name a few, who helped to build and preserve America, and this is how we treat them?
It’s time to allow the families to help relieve the overworked nurses/aides and get things back to some sense of normal living.
Do the right thing.

Stop Trump from violating our rights

The First Amendment of the Constitution provides several right’s protections: to express ideas through speech and the press, to assemble or gather with a group to protest or for other reasons, and to ask the government to fix problems.
It also protects the right to religious beliefs and practices. It prevents the government from creating or favoring a religion.
The Tenth Amendment says that the federal government only has those powers delegated in the Constitution. If it isn’t listed, it belongs to the states or to the people.
We have to stop Trump from violating the Constitution. It’s not legal to attack cities just because they are governed by Democrats.
I believe Trump is putting his troops in place to mess with the election in November.
This is nothing short of a nightmare. Stop him! Stop him!
