After week 1, I find myself trailing my Gazette colleague Ken Schott by two. Will I catch up this week? We'll see!
As always, winning teams are in caps.
And if you want to see Ken's picks, click here.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at CAROLINA PANTHERS - Both these teams are 0-1, but the Panthers looked a lot better than the Bucs last week.
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS at Miami Dolphins - New England sometimes struggles against Miami, but it's hard to see the Dolphins winning this one.
Arizona Cardinals at BALTIMORE RAVENS - Ravens looked good against Miami, and I expect they'll look good against the Cardinals, too.
San Francisco 49ers at CINCINNATI BENGALS - Bengals pick up their first win.
LOS ANGELES CHARGERS at Detroit Lions - The Lions didn't exactly light the world on fire last week. They blew a big lead and saw what looked like an easy win evaporate into a tie. I don't know what will happen this week, but it's hard to have any confidence in Detroit after that.
Minnesota Vikings at GREEN BAY PACKERS - Aaron Rodgers' comeback year? Sure, why not.
Jacksonville Jaguars at HOUSTON TEXANS - I know nothing about these teams, this pick is based on the fact that the Texans are playing at home, and the Jaguars are not.
BUFFALO BILLS at New York Giants - I don't think the Giants are going to be very good this year.
SEATTLE SEAHAWKS at Pittsburgh Steelers - Steelers bounce back!
Indianapolis Colts at TENNESSEE TITANS - Titans looked good in week one, while the Colts played better than I expected after the departure of Andrew Luck.
DALLAS COWBOYS at Washington - Cowboys looked strong last week.
Kansas City Chiefs at OAKLAND RAIDERS - OK, maybe the Raiders are better off without Antonio Brown. They certainly didn't seem bothered by his absence in week one ...
Chicago Bears at DENVER BRONCOS - I don't know what to do here. Neither of these teams are off to an impressive start.
New Orleans Saints at LOS ANGELES RAMS - Could be an exciting match-up!
PHILADELPHIA EAGLES at Atlanta Falcons - Falcons looked terrible last week.
Cleveland Browns at NEW YORK JETS - Who knows.
Last week's results:
Ken Schott: 11-4-1
