Job Description: As a member of the Daily Gazette Customer Experience TEAM, you will be responsible for daily subscriber communication.
Daily subscriber communication includes, but is not limited to:
Answering phone calls and resolving subscriber issues
Regular sales and solicitation phone calls to our subscriber base
A Daily Gazette Customer Experience TEAM member will be provided training on how to listen and communicate clearly with our current and former subscriber base. You will be trained on the suite of products the Daily Gazette has available to our Community. Once trained on these products, you will be expected to properly sell and communicate these products to current and potential subscribers. Weekly sales goal will be implemented upon course completion. Upon course completion and proven track record, the ability to work from home will be considered.
Absolute Requirement Skills:
Strong customer service background. Our subscribers are extremely important to us. The ability to make sure this is clearly communicated to them in all daily interaction will be expected at all times.
Minimum 1 year sales experience.
Weekends a must.
