The combination of wet soils and clear skies has led to the
development of widespread, patchy fog this morning. Visibility in
some locations has been reduced to one half to even one quarter
of a mile. While clear skies through daybreak should allow fog to
burn off rather quickly, motorists should exercise caution early
this morning as visibilities could change rapidly. Use low beam
headlights, reduce speeds, and leave extra distance between
yourself and the vehicle in front of you.
